Abstract
A double catheter technique for traversing the tortuous, unfolded, and elongated aortic arch is described which does not necessitate using a deflector technique. It has particular applicability in patients in whom both thoracic and abdominal aortography is desired. It is extremely useful in patients in whom the only approach permitted the angiographer is the right axillary artery. Keywords
