Abstract
Synthesis, structure and properties of ternary graphite intercalation compound s containing organic molecules are reviewed. Synthesis processes are classified into three: ternarization of binary compounds, reaction between graphite and metal ions in organic solvent and electrolysis in organic solutions. Ternary compounds containing benzene and tetrahydrofurane are especially discussed. Keywords
