Abstract
Experimental texture data were collected for a titanium and a uranium rod in order to test the applicability of the sinφ correction factor to be used with pole charts for fiber textures. Comparison of the corrected and uncorrected integrated intensity values for pole charts corresponding to various reflections with the calculated intensity values indicates that the agreement is greatly improved when the sinφ correction factor is used. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
