Abstract
The design and performances of an efficient CW waveguide optically pumped CH3OH laser are described for stable operation 10-100 mW level in the short submillimeter wavelength region. Significant results at 70 μm and 118 μm underline the more stringent guide-lines in the selection of the laser parametersKeywords
