Abstract
Lysosomotropic detergents, which kill mammalian cells by disrupting lysosomal membranes, have now been found to be antifungals also. All strains in our assay are susceptible. The mode of action is as yet undetermined, but intracellular vacuoles may be the primary targets. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
