Abstract
The magnitude of contemporary unemployment is outlined in this article, which defines job-related stress and discusses its various forms. Drawing on current research and theory, the author examines the physiological, psychological, interpersonal, and identity-connected aspects of this stress and presents considerations for practice and advocacy.Keywords
