Abstract
The presence of several controllable sources of error in the study of indicator spreading by the enzyme hyaluronidase was demonstrated: rate of injn., enzyme concn., vol. of the injn. mass, and measurement after equal intervals of enzyme activity. Each factor of error singly or in any possible combination with others may materially alter results using this spreading as a biological measure. Keywords
