Abstract
In the approach to "personality" individual men and women should be studied as organisms who function as units, and described and evaluated as such. Leadership can be understood and predicted through the understanding and evaluation of the abilities and characteristics of individual men and women, considering the interreactions of the abilities and characteristics as a unit, functioning under specific conditions.
