Abstract
Myosoma nyanzaensis sp. n. is described and illustrated, and is distinguished from the only other known Old World species, M. chinensis (Szépligeti) comb. n. (= Bracon chinensis Szépligeti). M. nyanzaensis is the first species of the genus to be described from the Afrotropical Region, where it has been reared as a gregarious ectoparasitoid of larvae of the pyralid moth Chilo partellus (Swinhoe) infesting maize and sorghum. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
