Abstract
This paper presents the dominant and second-order mode cutoff frequencies in unilateral, bilateral, and insulated fin lines as calcuIated with a two-dimensional TLM program. Through careful correction of errors associated with this method, an overall accuracy better than +-1 percent has heen achieved. This TLM program therefore provides an excellent reference for verifying other existing methods. Keywords
