Abstract
More than ten years ago, ten cleft palate cases were operated on using a modified Dunn procedure which entailed repair of the hard palate by means of skin grafted vomer flaps. This method is described, together with a follow-up examination, the favourable results of which were similar to those obtained by Dunn. The operations are resumed with further changes in technique. Keywords
