Abstract
A technique is described for perfusion of isolated canine testes. Infusing the testes with various amounts of hCG [human chorionic gonadotropin] identified a rate of 0.075 IU/min as one which reliably increased testosterone secretion into the spermatic venous effluent without producing maximal testosterone production. Keywords
