Persistently Positive 99m Tc-Pyro phosphate Myocardial Scintigram in a Patient with a Left Ventricular Aneurysm

Abstract
A 50-year-old man with a calcified left ventricular aneurysm demonstrated positive myocardial scintigrams over a 16 month period. This case documents that in the absence of an acute myocardial infarction an aneurysm can be associated with persistently positive scintigram.
