Mapping the H-2-Linked Genes Governing, Respectively, the Immune Responses to a Glutamic Acid-Alanine-Tyrosine Copolymer and to Limiting Doses of Ovalbumin

Abstract
Mice of inbred strains having known crossovers within the H-2 gene complex have been used to map the two H-2-linked immune response genes governing, respectively, responsiveness to a synthetic glutamic acid-alanine-tyrosine terpolymer and to limiting doses of ovalbumin. Both genes have been found to be within the H-2 complex between the K and D loci and have been further localized to the segment between the K and Ss-Slp loci.
