Abstract
This report reviews three cases of biliary tract injury following blunt abdominal trauma. During diagnostic evaluation, computerized tomography failed to delineate the injuries, but endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) aided in the diagnosis in two patients and pre-operative biliary stent placement facilitated operative intervention. Surgical exploration was required to fully characterize the injury in all three patients. Keywords
