Abstract
A two‐dimensional Monte Carlo impurity atom/ion code, LIM, was used to model a number of DITE and JET experiments including (a) the ratio of charge states collected by the Matthews probe in DITE, (b) the net erosion pattern on the 1986 JET limiters, and (c) radial and toroidal CI, CII, CIII cloud shapes in the vicinity of DITE limiters. Keywords
