Abstract
A case of mullerian adenosarcoma of the uterus with sarcomatous overgrowth is described. The patient was also found to have bilateral polycystic ovaries. This 25 year‐old white female presented with irregular vaginal bleeding and was diagnosed as having mullerian adenosarcoma with sarcomatous overgrowth by dilatation, curettage, and biopsy. Total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo‐oophorectomy with lymph node sampling were performed.Keywords
