DYNAMIC MEASUREMENT OF THE VISCOSITY FIELD vs. TIME AND TEMPERATURE IN AMORPHOUS RIBBONS OF METGLAS 2605 SC

Abstract
In the present paper a new technique has been employed to make measurements of the onset of the viscosity field down to the milliseconds range and at different temperatures on specimens of the amorphous alloys Metglas 2605 SC, characterized by a well defined structure of antiparallel domains. A tentative interpretation of these results in terms of a superposition of thermally activated processes is briefly discussed
