Abstract
A solid solution of (Ba,Pb)TiO3 without compositional fluctuation has not been obtained by an ordinary solid-solid reaction of BaCO3, PbO and TiO2. This was confirmed through the measurements of Δd/d using X-ray diffraction. A new method of preparing (Ba,Pb)TiO3 without compositional fluctuation was developed. Keywords
