Abstract
We report two cases of simultaneous Sweet's syndrome and erythema nodosum. We believe this to be a real association rather than the extension of the neutrophilic infiltrate of Sweet's syndrome into the subcutaneous fat. In one of our cases, concurrent erythema nodosum and Sweet's syndrome was a presentation of sarcoidosis with bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy. To our knowledge, this is the first report of Sweet's syndrome with sarcoidosis. Keywords
