Abstract
The effects of powder preparation, additives and sintering conditions were investigated to obtain ferrite core being highly dense state with coarse grains. In case that specimen is prepared by the wet method, the grain boundary between large grain and small one is straight and regular grain growth occurs. Liquid phase is caused by addition of BaO.B2O3, and grain growth gets forwarded through this liquid phase. In vacuum sintering, the cation vacancies disappear during a sintering process. So few pores are on the grain boundaryKeywords
