Abstract
The authors present five cases of untreated progressive multinodular pulmonary histoplasmosis followed from four to nine years. The disease represents a distinct clinical and radiological entity and should be added to the spectrum and classification of histoplasmosis. Recognition of similar cases in the future will permit avoidance of needless risks of surgery or administration of amphotericin B.Keywords
