Abstract
EDITOR,—Since my predecessor last wrote to the BMJ1 the number of patients concerned about their health in relation to service during the Gulf war in 1990-1 who have undergone systematic assessment by the defence medical services has risen to 200. Our assessment programme is being subjected to clinical audit by the Royal College of Physicians.
