Abstract
The article investigates the relationship between the attitudinal dimensions that characterize professionalism and several organizational outcomes in the employment of professionals. The study examines the impact of the perceived use of professional reward criteria on the professional-organizational interface. Also included are descriptions of a number of methods used to measure levels of professionalism. The author discusses a number of factors pertaining to the various dimensions of professionalism.Keywords
