Abstract
We speculate on the possible connections between the nonscaling behavior of the -annihilation cross section observed at SPEAR and the results of a recent Fermilab neutrino experiment. We also conjecture that the total photoproduction cross section will begin to rise when the photon energy reaches 40 or 50 GeV.
