Abstract
A technique is presented for making meiotic chromosome preparations with enzymatic digestion of pollen mother cell walls with cellulase. This technique has given excellent chromosome definition from early pachytene stages on. Such chromosome preparations were found useful for in situ nucleic acid hybridization studies on plant chromosomes. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
