Abstract
Reduction potential and lipophilicity of the copper(II) bis(thiosemicarbazone) complexes can be independently controlled by alkylation in the diketone backbone and the N-termini of the ligand, allowing optimisation of radiopharmaceuticals strongly selective for hypoxic tissues.Keywords
