Abstract
Angular and field varying torque measurements have been made on Mo/Ni superlattices. The angular results show good agreement with FMR measurements, indicating no frequency-dependent aspects of the anisotropy at room temperature. It is observed that field varying measurements provide an accurate, inexpensive method of determining the magnetization, but the magnetic anisotropy obtained by this technique differs significantly from FMR and angular results. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
