Abstract
Using the notion of probabilistic time introduced in a previous work, we analyze the perturbed minisuperspace models of quantum gravity. For Robertson-Walker minisuperspace we show that it is possible to derive the so-called self-consistent cosmology in the semiclassical regime. The generalization to models with several semiclassical variables is also discussed. Keywords
