Abstract
The hypertensive ecg. pattern may be reversed by wt. loss without change in the blood pressure. Inverted T waves may be reversed in 16 days with wt. loss of only 11 lbs. (left axis deviation and the hypertension continuing). Apparent improvement in the hypertensive pattern may be promptly followed by a coronary thrombosis. Keywords
