Abstract
A small mass was detected in the renal pelvis during investigation for hypertension and diminished renal function. Its presence was confirmed by computed tomography. Since the patient was not a candidate for nephrectomy, interventional percutaneous techniques were used to confirm the diagnosis of transitional cell carcinoma and ultimately permit endourologic access for resection and cure. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
