Abstract
Constrictive lesions of the pulmonary artery or its branches occur distal to the pulmonic valve. Four patients whose surgical or cardiac catheterization findings demonstrated such postvalvular stenosis are reported. The significance of such findings is discussed and diagnostic misinterpretations are mentioned. Keywords
