Abstract
We present anyonic vortex solutions made of real electrons which could be interpreted as nontopological solitions of the (2+1)-dimensional Chern-Simons electrodynamics. The -soliton solutions, which we obtain by imposing and effective axial symmetry on the (3+1)-dimensional quantum electrodynamics, have real parameters which represent the position, size, and phase of each soliton.
