Abstract
Off-shell effects due to momentum dependence of the optical potential are calculated for the relativistic approach to 200 MeV proton elastic scattering by . Optical potentials are based on the optimally factorized impulse approximation using complete sets of invariant amplitudes based on the Utrecht meson-exchange model for the NN interaction.
