Abstract
Distribution of 3H-8-methoxypsoralen (3H-8-MOP) was examined by autoradiography in albino and pigmented rat eyes. Very high concentrations were seen in the pigmented layer of the retina, ciliary body and iris in pigmented rats. Cornea concentrations in both rat strains were about twice that of blood, and lower concentrations were seen in the lens. Keywords
