Abstract
The nucleus has been studied through two reactions: the reaction using a fast neutron spectrometer, and the reaction using both single-crystal and Hoogenboom techniques. for the neutron spectroscopy for the major part of the work was centered about 4.87 Mev, while the capturing resonance for the gamma-ray work was at Mev. Enriched neon was employed as target gas.
