Abstract
SUMMARY: Testing for the inheritance of a disease susceptibility gene by analysis of haplotype sharing among affected siblings has been well established for the case where all four parental haplotypes have been ascertained. This paper presents a modification of a published method to cover the situation where there is incomplete information concerning parental haplotypes and this new test is applied in a worked example. Keywords
