Abstract
Not infrequently, the confluence of the [human] common iliac veins is unusually prominent and may be misdiagnosed as an enlarged lymph node or other mass on computed tomography. In these instances, distinction is possible by performing bolus injection of contrast medium via a foot vein aided by the Valsalva maneuver. This technique clearly depicts venous anatomy in the region. Keywords
