Abstract
Food intake in the rat was depressed following injection of LSD-25. The effect is dose dependent. A daily depression of food intake during a 10-day injection period indicated the lack of development of complete tolerance. These data show that caution is needed in the interpretation of the behavioral effects of LSD-25 when the behavior is food reinforced. Keywords
