Abstract
Comparing the different solutions of Case and Nelson for the evolution operators of a Schrödinger particle in the potential V (r) = −1/r2, we show that Nelson’s nonunitary solution is a simple average, over a physical parameter related to a boundary condition at the singularity, of Case’s family of solutions. Keywords
