Abstract
This paper establishes verifiable conditions ensuring the important notion of metric regularity for general nondifferentiable programming problems in Banach spaces. These conditions are used to obtain Lagrange-Kuhn-Tucker multipliers for minimization problems with infinitely many inequality and equality constraints.Keywords
