Abstract
Relaxation of ESR of Cu2+ ions is investigated experimentally in aqueous solution. Dependencies of line‐widths on Cu2+ concentration, temperature, anion species, and field strength are examined. It is shown that the mechanism via spin—orbit coupling is the main source of relaxation. Keywords
