Dynamic Structure Factor of an Electron Liquid

Abstract
It is shown that the recently observed interesting but somewhat unexpected features of the dynamic structure factor of an electron liquid can be understood on the basis of a simple modification of the theory of the dielectric response function of Vashishta and Singwi.Keywords
