Abstract
An examination of the emission spectra from lithium and lithium-magnesium alloys has indicated that in the alloys electron transfer takes place from magnesium to lithium. The shape of the high-energy edge of the lithium K emission spectrum could be explained by broadening of the is ionic level in the crystal. Keywords
