Collision Strengths for Transitions in Ions with Configurations 3p3

Collision strengths are given for electron-impact transitions between the levels $$^4{S}_{3/2},\,^2{D}_{3/2}\,^2{D}_{5/2}\,^2{P}_{1/2}\,\text{and}\,^2{P}_{3/2}$$ in ions with configuration 3p³. At energies below the threshold for excitation of ²P the collision strengths are averaged over resonances in series converging onto ²P.
