Abstract
Pseudosarcomatous tumours of the upper aerodigestive tracts have been reviewed. Because of the differences in cellular make-up of these tumours, no single histogenic theory can be applied. Therapy should be dictated more by clinical stage than by histologic interpretation of the composition of the tumours. Keywords
