Elastic and inelastic proton scattering fromNe21andT=1energy levels inNa22

Excitation functions for the reactions ${}_{}{}^{21}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Ne}(p, p)$ and ${}_{}{}^{21}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Ne}(p, p^{\prime })$ were studied at eight angles for bombarding energies in the range $E_p=0.6-2.0\mathrm{}$ MeV. A total of 21 resonances was observed corresponding to ${}_{}{}^{22}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Na}$ levels between 7.3 and 8.6 MeV excitation energy. The proton angular momenta are determined and spin and parity assignments are presented. Several new isobaric analog pairs in ${}_{}{}^{22}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Na}$ and ${}_{}{}^{22}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Ne}$ are also presented. Previous experimental and nuclear structure information is discussed.
