Respiratory depression complicating epidural diamorphine

Abstract
Two cases of severe respiratory depression complicating epidural diamorphine administration are reported. In both cases, the dura had been punctured. The risk of epidural opiate administration in association with a breach in the dura is reiterated.Keywords
