Abstract
The nonstress portions of 42 abnormal oxytocin challenge tests (OCT) and 50 negative OCT tracings were redefined by 9 criteria in the literature. Trierweiler criteria are the most predictive of human fetal outcome but would lead to unnecessary OCT in 46% of the cases. Trierweiler criteria in combination with a new criteria modified from those of Paul and Miller and Evertson are the most predictive and lead to unnecessary OCT in only 14% of the cases. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
