Abstract
Applications of techniques already developed for the study of atomic spectra to calculations on odd-odd nuclei give some particularly simple results. The spins of the ground states of nearly all odd-odd nuclei measured can be accounted for, and the validity of Nordheim's empirical rules is discussed. Keywords
